Weekly Rates - 2021

Sound Harbour can be your vacation home away from home for $9900.00 per week (7 nights, 8 days), which includes the rental of the 5 bedrooms on the main level of the home, accommodating up to 10 guests maximum. There is a 3 night minimum. Effective with any reservations made after 9/1/2020.

The ground level is also available for rent and will accommodate up to 10 additional guests, as it consists of 1 Queen bed and 8 single beds. This area rents for $3,000 for 1-4 guests. Each additional guest is $999 per week and there is a 3 night minimum.

$16,000 per week up to 15 people. $1000 for each person over 15 with a max of 20 persons.
(Rates now are for the entire home)

Boats needing power will be charged $40.00 per day.
Cleaning Fee will be $500.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at time of reservation. Payment can be made by cashier’s check or any major credit card. Please note that an additional 5% will be charged when using a major credit card due to the additional fees in the Bahamas.. The remainder of the balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival for your vacation. This payment can also be made with a cashier’s check or major credit card. Dock space is also available up to 90 feet for renters only at a nominal fee. Please direct all questions to our support staff about renting dock space.
